Dana completed her undergraduate science degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, pursued a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Working as a physiotherapist for the last 17 years, she has experience with a variety of different conditions, injuries, post operative conditions, and all age ranges. She had worked directly with the University of Guelph and Guelph Marlin’s swim teams, as well as the Petawawa predators U18 girls rugby team. She has even been lucky enough to see some of those hard working athletes make Olympic teams!
Dana believes in a patient centred approach to treatment, focusing on patient goals and helping people to achieve their highest level of functioning through manual therapy, exercise, biomechanical retraining and education. She has taken a variety of different post graduate courses in all areas of physiotherapy, but has studied primarily in the last several years, courses which help people to achieve their running and sports related goals.

Emily’s passion for movement and health began playing sports and regularly engaging in physical activity at a very young age. Since then, she has continued this passion through her education and active lifestyle. With Emily’s personal and educational experience, Emily can help clients restore, maintain and optimize physical function using a client-centered, active, and evidence-based
approach. Emily is a strong believer in “exercise is medicine”, and this motto is reflected in her treatment style, which focuses on exercise, education and hands-on-techniques.

Katie has over 15 years of clinical experience as a Kinesiologist. She worked for more than a decade in New Zealand and Canada with CBI Health, an international leader in rehabilitation services (formerly Canadian Back Institute) treating individuals with an array of physical impairments following workplace, motor vehicle, sports or personal injury.
In addition to private practice, Katie also works for a local manufacturing company providing occupational health, safety and wellness programs for employees working in the office and rotating 12 hour shifts.
