Cody grew up in Sudbury, Ontario, where he attended Laurentian University and completed his B.Sc. in Kinesiology in 2017, and then went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. He is passionate about providing a tailored approach to each client, where their own experiences, abilities and goals are incorporated into the treatment plan in order for them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Throughout the rehabilitation process, Cody also strives to work alongside his clients to create a unique relationship, allowing the privilege to share in their personal development and struggles during this journey.

Dana completed her undergraduate science degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, pursued a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Working as a physiotherapist for the last 17 years, she has experience with a variety of different conditions, injuries, post operative conditions, and all age ranges. She had worked directly with the University of Guelph and Guelph Marlin’s swim teams, as well as the Petawawa predators U18 girls rugby team. She has even been lucky enough to see some of those hard working athletes make Olympic teams!
Dana believes in a patient centred approach to treatment, focusing on patient goals and helping people to achieve their highest level of functioning through manual therapy, exercise, biomechanical retraining and education. She has taken a variety of different post graduate courses in all areas of physiotherapy, but has studied primarily in the last several years, courses which help people to achieve their running and sports related goals.
When Dana is not at the clinic, she enjoys baking, swimming, paddle boarding, downhill and waterskiing, tennis, golfing (badly) and getting outdoors as often as possible with her dog.

Katie has always had a fascination for human movement. Growing up in Owen Sound, ON, she was an avid highland dancer, involved in school athletics and a fan of nature and outdoor adventure. She also had a passion for helping others.
Kinesiology is the science of human movement, applying the latest evidence based research to improve function, health and wellness. Feel better. Live better. Move better. Katie can help improve your health, mobility and well-being. From treating common injuries to helping prevent some of the most serious medical conditions, exercise prescription is just what the doctor ordered!
Katie graduated from the University of Victoria with an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and top of her class with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation from the University of Otago in New Zealand.
Katie has over 15 years of clinical experience as a Kinesiologist. She worked for more than a decade in New Zealand and Canada with CBI Health, an international leader in rehabilitation services (formerly Canadian Back Institute) treating individuals with an array of physical impairments following workplace, motor vehicle, sports or personal injury.
In addition to private practice, Katie also works for a local manufacturing company providing occupational health, safety and wellness programs for employees working in the office and rotating 12 hour shifts.
Katie is excited to be back in her hometown and is actively involved in the community with her young family. Her husband David and two sons (Tamati and Fisher) keep her busy between school events, hockey arenas and getting out cycling and skiing as the seasons permit.

Jessica graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020 and has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ever since. With a lifelong curiosity about nearly everything, Jessica loves exploring and experimenting with clients to see what type of care best fits their unique needs, goals, lifestyle and preferences.
Jessica has pursued additional training in craniosacral therapy (not currently practicing), dolphin neurostim MPS therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. Whether a session is goal-oriented or simply a quiet space to unwind, Jessica’s intention is always to leave her clients feeling informed, empowered, and cared for.

Her ideal clients are children from 0-18, pregnant and postpartum women wanting to restore their cores and activity levels, and individuals of all ages and abilities who want to stay active with yoga. She has completed additional training in paediatrics, women’s health, the core, oncology rehab and yoga.
Yoga has been a part of Steph’s journey for over 10 years, a natural choice to maintain flexibility and strength while training for a half marathon. After experiencing first hand the healing effects of yoga after illness, pre- and post-partum and with trauma, Steph’s intention has been to CONNECT her knowledge and training in physical therapy with yoga for the well being of her clients of every age, stage, and ability.
